Enable IMAP in Gmail under the Forwarding and POP/IMAP in settings. Usually the IMAP service is enabled, in case if you have disabled, you must enable it.

Open Outlook 2007, tools->Account Setting. If you are using Outlook for the first time, this windows opens automatically.

Do the following steps,  

Provide your credentials and before you give OK, go to More settings,

In Outgoing servers tab check the column which is usually unchecked.

Again before you give OK, goto advanced tab and select encryption as SSL and 993 for Incoming servers and TLS as encryption and 25 for Outgoing servers.

Hit the Test Account Settings button to check the active connections and ensure the working ports.

Open Outlook hit Send/Receive to refresh the mails…

Classic Shell is an open-source free software, that has option for Classic, Win XP and Win 7 Start menu and a ton of other features and tweak options. Now follow the steps to change the Start button

1) Before starting, you need to back up your explorer.exe application.
You can find this in location- C:\Windows\explorer.exe

2) Now open the application ‘Windows 7 Start Button Changer’

3) Click the ‘Select & Change Start Button’ option in the application.

4) Select the Desired ‘Start Orb’.

5) Now your explorer.exe must restart and you could see the Start button changed.

According to a recent study by internet security company, McAfee, kids are experiencing and sometimes involving in cyber bullying. It is found that, one in four teens are targeted for cyber bullying and two out of three of teens have witnessed cruel behavior online, and only one in 10 parents are aware of their children experiencing Cyber bullying.

92% teens say cruel behavior takes place on Facebook, 23.8% on Twitter, 17.7%in MySpace and 15.2% in Instant Messenger. Some teens has stand up to bullies online. 40% teens told the person to stop, 20.7% have told an adult, 6.3% joined in, and 4.5% teens have been in a physical fight with an online bully while 15% avoided school.
